Tom’s career commenced with the Australian Customs Service in Melbourne and he has subsequently and successfully traversed various private sector roles, including over 10 years with Coles Head Office as a Customs & International Trade specialist, having extensive involvement in the original Pilot Program of the Accredited Client Program in 2007-2008.
Mark has broad industry experience, particularly in relation to the complex Customs declaration process involved with importations and the Integrated Cargo System (ICS) and related third party IT Systems.
Neville Bowerman brings 35 years of experience in the public & private sectors. Senior positions with New Zealand Customs for 25 years has developed an in-depth knowledge of customs procedures. In 10 years of private sector work his intimate knowledge of trade & tariff laws & regulations have reclaimed substantial refunds and future savings for his many clients - from Free Trade Agreements to Tariff Concession Orders and Anti-Dumping. Wayne Schwebel is very highly regarded in the logistics consulting field. He developed his wealth of experience over the last 30 years in design, project management and advisory roles. Wayne joined Hendersons in 1987 and was soon appointed to the position of head consultant and a director of the firm.
David Posener came to Henderson’s with a very strong background in logistics after conducting major project roles in warehouse optimisation, materials handling, project management and business analysis for numerous companies including Woolworths, Corporate Express and Gazal.
Over the last 20 years Vishnu has worked in functional and consultancy roles with a strong logistics focus. He initially joined the Henderson consulting team in 1991, then moved to Vector SCM Pty Ltd as Business Development Manager for Asia Pacific and progressed to General Manager Australia. Following several overseas assignments with Vector, he rejoined Henderson’s in 2005.

His methodologies offer a way of dealing with the ‘new normal’ operating environment, characterized by volatility, and yet more volatility.
Vaughn leads our Big Data Analytics and Business Intelligence team in Sydney. He specialises in utilising best of breed data analytics tools and methodologies to create value in supply chain operations, capture opportunities to identify potential Customs Duty refund opportunities and detect areas of Customs Compliance and integrity risk issues for clients within “Big Data” sets obtained from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) and international Freight Forwarders.
Jilles Verheggen is a Senior Data and Dashboard Analyst at Gattorna Alignment. Gattorna Alignment and Trusted Trader International (TTI) have entered into an strategic Alliance so our collective skills can be combined to provide an enhanced client experience with TTI.
